Our Team
Scott Weyburn
Partner/Senior Consultant
Mr. Weyburn has been helping people and organizations “get there” for over 28 years. His diversified QMS experience and capabilities have made him a sought-after partner. He became an RAB Certified Lead auditor in 1998 and is a preferred instructor of ISO 9001 and AS9100/AS9110 Certified Lead and Internal Auditor courses. He’s excelled in corporate positions as a Supplier Process Engineer, OEM Account Manager, Corporate Quality Systems Manager, Director of Operations, and business owner. His primary experiences are most pertinent to ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9110 working in the military defense business, high tech, metals fabrication industries, and nutraceuticals. His work as a civilian for the US Air Force helped him gain invaluable experience in quality engineering processes related to NADCAP requirements while he led a team in a $500 million budget commodities business. Scott received his B.S. Degree in Management and his M.S. degree in Military Operational Arts and Science with a focus on planning joint warfare and leadership. He has been an active participant in the local sections of ASQ and has served as an advisory board member of RAB (now ANAB) served on the US interpretations committee for TC176, and currently serves as a US expert representing TC176.
Ben Martinez
partner/Senior Consultant
Mr. Martinez has over 20 years of experience in the Aviation, Space, and Defense business gained while leading AQMS efforts as a civilian for the US Air Force. He has served in a multitude of increasing responsibilities in Logistics, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, AQMS Assessor, Quality Assurance Inspection and Program Management. Prior to his career with the US Air Force, Ben gained invaluable experiences in various industries and fields from sales and marketing to freight transportation, working as a Sales Associate, Heavy Freight Load Broker, Training Facilitator, Quality Control Inspector, and Real-estate Agent. Over the past 7 years, Ben has managed his own LLC providing auditing and 3rd party preparation services, performing certified 3rd party registration audits, and teaching certified Lead and Internal Auditor courses for ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9110. He maintains QMS auditor certification through Exemplar Global.
Mary Mayhew
Partner/Business Relationship Executive
Ms. Mayhew has over 22 years of successful business ownership and progressively increasing responsibility in customer relationship and customer care. Understanding of value-based customer needs, her previous expertise has been in the financial services industry supporting personal, small, and large corporations as a controller, credit analyst, and accounting specialist. She has primarily served customers as an Independent Business Owner, Sales Account Manager, Director of Sales, and as a Principal and Partner. As a Business Relationship Executive, she always seeks out innovative ways to meet or exceed customer expectations. Ms. Mayhew is a problem solver who strives to see concerns from the customer’s perspective and works collaboratively with individuals to come to realistic, practical, and cost-effective solutions.

Ms. Hemenway brings over 15 years of experience in sales, client relations, and business development, specializing in client retention. Her experience has been in the Security Compliance, Tech Data and Risk Management industries. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and helping organizations achieve long-term growth through personalized service, effective communication, and strategic support. Known for her energetic personality, professionalism, and genuine approach, Heidi believes business is built on trust and lasting connections.
Outside of her professional career, Heidi is a proud mother of two and parent of a child with autism. She is a passionate advocate and supporter of the special needs community, bringing compassion, patience, and understanding into every aspect of her life. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, staying active, and creating meaningful memories with her children, family and friends. Heidi values authenticity, personal growth, and bringing, positivity and purpose into both her personal and professional life.

Ms. Budge has over 19 years of professional progressive advancement as a quality leader in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. As a professional quality systems consultant Stephanie provides independent Auditing and Audit Preparation for ISO 13485, FDA, MDD, and CMDR compliance as well as 9001 and AS9100. She has been teaching Certified Lead and Internal Auditor courses to ISO9001, ISO13485, and AS9100 for over 8 years. Her results-oriented and engaging demeanor makes her a highly sought-after instructor and partner for organizations that seek positive outcomes.

Senior Trainer, auditor, and Consultant
Ms. Wagner has over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, more than 20 of those years in Quality. She has additional experience is in Health & Safety, specifically including Right to Know, First Responder and Hazardous Materials. Leanne has worked for several successful companies performing internal and second party audits, training and technical writing. Leanne draws from her own personal work experiences, and those of the companies she’s worked with, to offer a variety of ideas and options to her clients and students that may prove useful in their own implementation efforts or to simply help them understand requirements.
Cindy Golding
Senior Trainer, auditor, and Consultant
Ms. Golding is a published author with over 16 years of experience in organizational development, training, auditing, and consulting. She is a key contributor to certified lead auditor courses, has been a lead internal auditor for over 9 years, and has conducted third-party audits for two registrars. Cindy teaches Certified Lead and Internal auditor courses for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and is an accomplished custom course developer and presenter. She has been active at the national level being a voting member of TC176. She received her B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Management.
